Makāro | Ground Floor
Makāro, located on the ground floor and our largest room. An open versatile area suited to any style. It has natural light and outdoor flow to the marae ātea and the waterfront. This space can cater up to 300 cocktail, 190 banquet, or 120 classroom style and could be extended with use of the gallery and café area (full ground floor)

Karaka Café | Ground Floor
This is a 7day a week operating café, and can be hired for private use, subject to request. This beautiful space opens to Frank Kitts Lagoon, great indoor outdoor flow. This area coupled with the Gallery and Hui Space, becomes a large ground floor area capable of hosting up to 55 0persons for cocktails.
