We are experienced conference and event organisers who can assist you to make your function and event a success.  We work with specialised and experienced suppliers in sound, AV and lighting as well as theming design and events.

On-site catering for all your food and beverage needs; where food is prepared fresh in our production kitchen, by our team of chefs.  We have a range of catering options from morning and afternoon teas to canapes, platters and plated dinner/buffets.

Mākaro | Ground Floor

This function space, is located on the ground floor. A large room with indoor outdoor flow, great natural light with a great flow onto an external deck opening to the Wellingtons beautiful waterfront. This room can also open into the gallery area and become a mezzanine space for the entire ground floor, offering two indoor/outdoor flow areas to the waterfront and lagoon.

Gallery Space | Ground Floor

This function space is, located on the ground floor. Able to be used as an extension to the hui space above, or commonly used as the registration, break out and catering areas for any of the rooms within the building.

Matiu | First Floor

This function space is located on the first floor. A versatile space capable of many configurations, from theatre style, to dinners, break out rooms, exhibition. Great natural light, offering what we believe to be one of Wellingtons best harbour views.

Mokopuna | First Floor

This function space is located on the first floor; again a versatile space, great for smaller meetings, break out area, theatre style for up to 80 persons. Over looking Frank Kitts lagoon.

Cafe | Ground Floor

This function space is located on the ground floor - available for private hire. This beautiful space opens to Frank Kitts Lagoon, great indoor outdoor flow. This area coupled with the Gallery and Hui Space, becomes a large ground floor area capable of hosting up to 55 persons for cocktails.
